What excites me most is seeing teams move at their full potential, so I put automation, monitoring, and CI/CD at the heart of everything I do.When I introduced automated patching and proactive monitoring for one of my teams, we cut manual maintenance time by 50% and slashed incident resolution times by 20 hours per month.
