Partner with clients to deliver outstanding staffing services including timely management of customer requests, metrics tracking, reporting and analysis and overall attainment of service level agreement (SLA) expectations•Manage multiple teams and team members at different levels of expertise and experience levels •Work to find process improvement and efficiency processes within managed accounts•Drive performance of teams balancing an understanding of the clients\' organization strategies and delivery of Yoh KPIs•Lead productivity and efficiency efforts and projects for clients as identified•Manage the day-to-day activity of Yoh staff operations•Maximize resource utilization through optimal client group distribution. Monitor volume and develop recommendations to optimize capacity•Determine workload distribution – team coverage, workflow volume, etc.•Check in with the team daily to gauge workload volume, assistance needed, etc.•Improve SLA yield, implement change, provide feedback to team, etc.•Identify training needs and set training goals •Resource Identification – Identify and select staff resources•Team Development – Lead in growing and developing the team, prepare and deliver performance evaluations for direct reports.•Ensure continued development of Recruiting Team Leaders •Identify areas for process improvement and implement with client and leadership to improve deliverables, implement change, provide feedback to team, etc.•Develop and present Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews•Maintain high level of integrity in dealing with information of a confidential nature•Communicate successfully with all levels of management•Maintain in-depth knowledge of client’s business, market knowledge and deliverables•Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met•Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance
