   Managing Creative Services Department (5 Design Specialists) that performs daily miracles!We focus on graphic design and word processing; servicing all lines of insurance brokerage business (Commercial, Benefits, Private Risk, specialty resource groups, etc.) with accurate and on-time production. Our job is to make our teams look professional and prepared.We produce proposals/summaries, organize/collaborate with sales executives on RFPs, and create client-specific collateral for presentation to clients and prospects. In addition to daily word processing at an advanced. and speedy. level (Microsoft 2010), the team is responsible for creating customized employer to employee communication pieces such as open enrollment brochures, onscreen open enrollment presentations (PowerPoint and Prezi), benefit enrollment forms, posters, newsletters, electronic forms, surveys, etc. Personally, I am highly motivated, professional, and efficient. I demonstrate leadership, communication, organization, and presentation skills on a daily basis; create advanced presentation/graphic designs; have advanced word processing skills - self-taught, hard-learned lessons.
