About Robin Salars
After graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor\'s in Exercise & Sport Science I entered into the world of Education. In 2012, I completed my Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from University of Texas at Tyler. I have served in multiple instructional roles from Instructional Aide, a Teacher/Coach, an Instructional Technology Specialist and a Student Application Specialist. The 23 years of experience I have provides a strong knowledge base for how our staff is affected by the use of technology daily in education. In 2020 I began a new role as Facilitator of Software Integration launching Canvas, supporting the staff of Tyler ISD as a liaison between multiple departments while managing instructional software, learning management systems and grading in Frontline SIS. In what little “free” time I have, I’m a mom and small business owner. I enjoy working out, competing in triathlons and love outdoor adventures. I enjoy being away from the computer when I can be!
