   I began as the company\'s first UX/UI designer and have since built a team of seventeen designers and design managers. I have established and maintain a positive and inclusive design culture. Lead the vision, strategic direction, execution, and overall design quality across a large portfolio of web and mobile SaaS products. Ensure that the design of products aligns with the brand\'s identity, user needs, and business goals. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, such as product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and executives, to define design strategies and manage design activities across the product development lifecycle. Manage the creation and implementation of the design system. Responsible for budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
