My favorite part about any engagement, project or job is building lasting relationships while delivering high quality customer solutions. To accomplish this, I put people at the center of my work. I listen closely to the needs of customers and then create, optimize and scale the right personalized solution. The natural outcome being strong relationships and satisfied clients. At heart, I am client service-oriented and the roles I’ve had in consulting, customer service and the non-profit sector show this. I have worked as an ERP consultant, in the PMO for large public sector clients and in the non-profit sector creating programs, organizing events and providing front-line leadership in many local communities. All-in-all, working in an in-flux environment is no problem as I am well-rounded, adaptable to changing priorities and work well independent and with a team!
