   Conducted nationwide quantitative research to repositioned NOAA in 2007. Developed a communications strategy to unify the agency\'s messages using data-driven results. Conducted an ROI project showing every dollar spent on research was a net return of 35x in benefit. Assisted the National Severe Storm Laboratory, Climate Prediction Center, RISA, NMFS, NESDIS, and others in their communications. Held the BPA for communications in the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research for over 15 years.
