   IES Abroad is one of the largest, oldest, and most well-regarded non-profit study abroad program providers in the field of international education for Higher Ed. In my role, I manage college and university relationships and cultivate new partnerships at over 23 institutions within the southeast region, including six HBCUs affiliates, with the goal of driving student participation in program offerings. I engage with student groups, alumni, faculty, and executives on partner campuses to promote study abroad programs and collect key insights to inform growth strategy. I provide feedback from the field to improve best practices and program offerings, including bi-annual executive reporting, and advocate internally for stakeholder needs, ensuring inclusion and representation of underrepresented partners. Central to my role of Relations Manager is collaborating cross-functionally and across departments to meet organizational goals as well as the needs of students and institutional partners.Some achievements include:+ Growing student applications in my region, a key metric, over 153% between 2015 and 2019 + Creating and managing an innovative new project to vitually connect international staff with US partners to maintain partner engagement throughout the pandemic and beyondSystems regularly used: Windows 365, Beautiful AI, Box, Confluence/Atlassian, CampusNexus CRM, Trello, Zoom, Slack, Excel, and MS Office Suite
