I am responsible for the global DataLab, a comprehensive BI platform built on Microsoft Azure and Power BI Premium Workspace, supporting the Sales, Demand, and Marketing functions within the Bearings & Industrial Solutions division. I hold the technical leadership for a SCRUM team of five internal IT professionals, including Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, and Data Scientists. To empower a global user community of over 1,500 users, I developed and implemented a Change, Communication, and Training (CCT) concept aimed at transforming them into DataLab experts. Additionally, I serve as Project Manager for the Medias Interchange and Guided Opportunity | Quote Synchronization projects, overseeing more than 40 project members. I also manage a global end-user network and lead the development and worldwide rollout of the “Planning360” tool, which enables synchronized sales and revenue planning at Schaeffler Bearings & Industrial Solutions.
