During this time, I oversaw the delivery of complex, high-profile acoustic design and environmental monitoring projects across multiple sectors, while shaping the company’s strategy, leading its successful transition to Employee Ownership.I’m motivated by the opportunity to build teams, partnerships and systems that enable better performance, clearer decision-making and sustainable growth across the built environment.
