Served as the primary liaison with the firm, managing all communications and legal strategies. Oversaw all litigation activities, including lawsuit filings and legal team coordination, to ensure strategic execution.• Raised funds to support the patent litigation effort and managed the relationship with the law firm, ensuring timely and effective filings and court appearances.• Reconstituted the board of directors by recruiting members with deep experience in patent law and litigation, providing expert oversight and guidance throughout the litigation process.
