Engaging my partners in the elder care industry in planning their BOLD future is what excites me most. I have spent more than 20 years in the health care industry and have worked with more than 100 mission-driven, not-for-profit organizations, including health systems, senior housing and service providers and Catholic women religious congregations. I enjoy contributing to the advancement of the aging industry. I am invited to speak nationally on innovation, organizational change, transformational leadership, gerontology, industry trends, and the impact of changing market dynamics. I have also authored many senior health care articles for state, national, and international publications.
