ABOUT ROBIN DERITTER

I am an Operations Leader with a diverse background that includes Operations Management; Human Resources (HR); Continuous Improvement; Supply Chain; Safety, Health and Environmental (HSE); and budget management. I am a people person with excellent interpersonal skills and I excel at collaborative team building.I enjoy working with teams to solve problems that create business value. I focus on change management to get the team engaged and driving toward a common business goal. After leading several key projects at DuPont, my program management skills were quickly recognized and I continued to get more interesting and complex projects to manage. I especially enjoyed an M&A project, leading the divestiture of one of our business units. Working across functions and cultures was both challenging and rewarding.
