Act as a Lead Optimization/Analytics developer helping different teams in solving visitor pain points, increasing website conversions or leads and decreasing the bounce rate.• Configured A/B Test, Auto-Allocate, Multivariate Tests (MVT) and Experience Targeting (XT) tests and tagging to optimize business performance across all business lines and do-mains through Adobe Target. • Participating in A/B Test meetings and requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot and adding requirements in confluence. • Working to ensure the integrity of specific tests, accelerating our testing cadence, making use of HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), jQuery and DOM manipulation for implementing tests and Proof-Of-Concepts (POC). • Creating Profile Scripts, Target Audience, setting up Mbox Parameters that will be used in the optimization tests. • Working closely with other developers to ensure that code follows best practices and helping team members by mentoring, sharing knowledge, code review and educate to approaches. • Determining the conversion lift, confidence, and statistical relevancy of the test experiences against the control experience. • Led successful migration of analytics from Adobe DTM to Adobe Launch.• Implementing and maintaining the tracking of user behavior on public-facing website using Adobe Launch tag management system, to provide data for use in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.• Implemented events, eVars and props as per business requirements on different flows of the Website.• Deploy 3rd party tracking pixels and maintain a log of active pixels vs expired tracking pixels. • Providing recommendations for current actions to be taken on existing tests and assisting business units with understanding results. • Worked on adding properties to the existing schema in AEP for Princess. • Integrated Optimizely and fullstory tools through Adobe Launch.
