Ms. Wofford is a partner in the firm’s Employment Law and Business Litigation Practice groups and has over 30 plus years of trial experience, in the areas of employment litigation and general business litigation. Ms. Wofford has represented employers in disputes regarding wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, trade secret, and wage disputes.Ms. Wofford has successfully handled various consumer class actions, under the CLRA, TCPA, UTSA, PMPA and Business & Professions Code. Clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses and individuals have also turned to Ms. Wofford to litigate disputes arising out of daily operations. Such claims include breach of contract, violations of PMPA, unfair business practices, unfair competition, TCPA and franchise disputes.
