Was wäre, wenn Training etwas wäre, das du ein Leben lang in Erinnerung behältst – statt es einfach nur abzuhaken?Genau das ist die Mission hinter unseren VR-Trainingslösungen bei Lightshape.Seit ich das Unternehmen 2007 mitgegründet habe, gestalte ich digitale Erlebnisse, die Menschen und Technologie verbinden – von hochwertigen 3D-Visualisierungen bis hin zu innovativen VR-Trainings, die Verhalten wirklich verändern.Meine Reise begann mit einer virtuellen Shopping-Mall als Architektur-Abschlussarbeit – zu einer Zeit, als immersive Technologien noch reine Science-Fiction waren. Heute arbeite ich an der Schnittstelle von Design, KI und XR, um Organisationen dabei zu helfen, emotional fesselnde und interaktive Lernwelten zu entwickeln, die im Gedächtnis bleiben.Auf diesem Weg habe ich digitale Zwillinge großer Infrastrukturprojekte aufgebaut, die XR Expo mitbegründet und Kunden aus Industrie, Mobilität, Arbeitssicherheit und dem öffentlichen Sektor begleitet.Ich bin überzeugt: Die Zukunft des Lernens ist immersiv, emotional und messbar – und wir gestalten diese Zukunft schon heute.
