As Business Development Director my role involves with long-term management solutions for their public open space and from the development. One of my goals is to make sure the solutions offered to our clients not only protect their interests but safeguard the interests of their house purchasers by eliminating their ongoing open space liabilities and fully meeting the local planning obligations. Whom do I help? I provide advice to on how to best design their open spaces and more importantly provide solutions to ensure they will be sensitively managed in perpetuity. This allows the Developer to dispone all liabilities associated with their newly formed open spaces in a responsible manner. They can leave their project with peace of mind that it will be well looked after for a very long time. I also help, by providing them best practical advice and feedback on the viability of their proposals from a long-term management perspective. This can provide the assurances that Local Planning Authorities require in order to purify planning conditions or discharge planning agreement obligations. Why Greenbelt?
