   Serves as the Force Management Operations Specialist, Force Management Branch, Future Operations Division, Joint Operations Directorate, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Force Management Chief (Chief, Force Management Division) in the accurate and efficient personnel accountability of all DoD personnel deploying to and operating within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Focus (AOF). Manages a variety of operational and computer duties relative to SOUTHCOM S&I, Force Management Division, which requires the application of sound understanding and working knowledge of the organization and programs. Ensures compliance with procedures outlined in the DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, Global Force Management Allocation Plan, and associated directives issued by CJCS and CDR USSOUTHCOM. Principal advisor to the Deployment Manager for developing improvements to the USSOUTHCOM Blue Force Tracking and Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (TSCMIS) efforts to accurately measure, validate, and report the deployment of U.S. Forces. Responsible for ensuring proper Human Rights Vetting for partner nation personnel receiving training is obtained and the legal status of deployed personnel is determined.
