Robin has over 30 years experience in Affordable/Market Rate Housing and Commercial Real Estate in her current position she is the Director of Housing overseeing all aspects of affordable housing, development, asset management and related business operations. In a previous position established a new property management entity Cornerstone Property Managers, LLC and grew the company to have 22 properties with 2,167 units. While holding the title of Vice President of Housing I collaborated on companies Strategic Plan; Responded to all Request for Proposals, Solicited and obtained new business opportunities. Developed all standard policies and operating procedures for the company. Trained staff on all Property Management funding program requirements and implemented Bostonpost Property Manager software. Employed ADP Payroll System and taught staff on best practices. Was Responsible for all acquisitions, new construction and rehab. Created business documents such as Memorandums of Understandings, Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans, Management Agreements, Management Plans, Vendor Contracts, and HUD forms 2530 Previous Participation Certification, 9832 Management Entity Profile, 9839 Project owners/Management Agents Certification and Housing Assistant Payment Contracts. Responsibilities included creating budgets for Management Company and properties. Other duties included developing projects new and rehabilitated buildings. Assist with all development underwriting, project applications and submit to the New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR). Completed all required documentation for HUD Decoupling, Rental Assistance Demonstration for Multi-Family and Public Housing, Weatherization Program and County Home Program. Robin holds the following designations: CPM, HCCP, C3P, COS, Star, Shining Star and LRM. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a licensed real estate salesperson and Notary in the State of New York. Robin was named 2013 CPM of the Year by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Rochester Western New York Chapter 58. I was also nominated for the Women of Excellence Award in 2020. I have worked with agencies in multiple states such as New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have experience in compliance programs such as HUD, DHCR, Tax Credit, Rural Development and HOME.My commitment is results driven while maintaining honesty, integrity and always achieving the customers goals.
