ABOUT ROBIN STEPHAN

As an Area Manager at EG Group, I am passionate about driving the stores´ sales and to increase profitability. I ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is both qualitative and efficient. Forecasting staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to provide optimal staffing for all sites in my area is also in my responsibility, as well as optimize processes and handle people management. Coninuously reviewing the store needs, organising trainings for employees and ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. I completed my Bachelor professional degree in business administration for FELIX W- a local German suit manufacturer- and collected skills while working for RIMOWA, MASSIMO DUTTI and BLANCPAIN in several managing roles in retail stores afterwards. Especially during my time working for RIMOWA and MASSIMO DUTTI I gained extensive experience in the retail and fashion industry; working in various roles, such as Store Manager, Deputy Store Director, Department Manager and Trainer. I developed and demonstrated strong customer service, sales, and operational skills, as well as a keen eye for visual merchandising and commercial strategies. Throughout my 2 years career for MASSIMO DUTTI, I was involved in several significant projects, such as implementing RFID technology for Munich flagship store, supporting opening of new stores, hosting monthly training for sales and visual merchandising teams, collaborating with country Commercial and Product, Visual Merchandising and HR Managers to launch new collection in our pilot store, as well as implementing the policies and procedures.
