We are Elements, the pioneers of Embedded Talent Consultancy. We built the model around our very first embedded partners: Spotify and Atlassian. We knew that the traditional, transactional dynamic of the hiring world served neither party well. So we created something entirely different. Focusing on the transformative impact of effective collaboration, we work alongside our partners as trusted consultants. Advising from the inside, our people go deeper, inspiring truly meaningful change. The success of our approach has meant that we’ve grown quickly. Over the last 10 years, we’ve worked with brands like iZettle, Booking.com, King & Just Eat. For each partner, we’ve built a bespoke team of embedded consultants, capable of advising right across their talent functions. Today, Elements is present worldwide, with offices in Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Singapore and Stockholm, as well as London. And we’ve only just started our journey, with offices in Amsterdam, New York and Austin planned for 2019 and beyond. Embedded is the future, and we’re its leaders.

I\'m a passionate specialist Recruiter for the games Industry covering, Marketing, Community Management, Production, Programming, Art & Design. I\'m a massive gaming fan, and especially love playing FPS games, but I\'m also partial to RPG\'s, Sims and some racing titles. Currently playing Destiny 2 which I had a love for since D1 Beta, I enjoy raiding as a team but also competitive PVP. Other games that have defined me include, Goldeneye, Rainbow Six Las Vegas, Borderlands 2, Civilisation, C&C, Fable, Zelda, Burnout Revenge, Mario Kart ETC. We are a gaming family, I have a 5 year old daughter that loves Roadblocks and an 8 year old son that dreams of being a pro player, and we love nothing better than playing games as a family. At the moment we are massive fans of Sack Boy and Mario. I am also really into Gaming / AV home TEC
