Operations leader with nearly a decade of experience across education, communications, public relations, biotech, logistics, and business process outsourcing.Most recently, I stood up and led a Philippines-based BPO from scratch and served as COO at a data retrieval company. Before that, I reversed a freight tech book of business from significant losses to strong margins. Across every role, I focus on translating complexity into clear, executable decisions and building teams that can sustain the work after I leave the room.My work sits at the intersection of process design and people development.
