ABOUT ROBIN SAY
With over 20 years of experience in user experience research and design, I am passionate about creating better customer experiences that align with business value. My core competencies include user research, user experience design, user interface design, user experience writing, web analytics, and web development. I am currently working on something new for Fidelity International, a leading provider of investment solutions and retirement expertise. Previously, I was the Digital Experience Director at ROCK Insurance Group, where I improved services to our customers through all channels. I delivered a new white label system and back office tools, as well as designed and implemented quote and buy capabilities across web and call center. I also redesigned the documentation for Vigilis Home, a product of Vigilis Insurance Services, where I was the Head of Digital. In both roles, I leveraged my skills in UX, UED, UX writing, and web analytics to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
