ABOUT ROBIN R.
I am a real estate developer and architect with over 15 years of experience, managing high- rise residential, commercial and retail projects. Prior to working in real estate development I worked at award winning architecture firms on prominent cultural and institutional buildings. I am a licensed architect in Ontario and New York State and hold an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. In my previous role at SmartCentres I was a Director of Development and responsible for all stages of land development. Drawing on my background as an architect, I add value to projects through creative solutions, managing stakeholders and my ability to lead teams through complex challenges. At Projectcore I was the Senior Development Manager and was responsible for all aspects of projects, most notably Forma by Frank Gehry (previously Mirvish+Gehry Toronto). During that time I worked directly with the President of the firm and worked closely with their clients, especially Ed Mirvish Enterprises Ltd. Past part-time experience includes not-for-profit fundraising, teaching at Toronto Metropolitan University and real estate sales.
