Robin Powell Mandjes is a strategic, entrepreneurial leader, skilled in building and strengthening diverse, global stakeholder relationships that advance organizational objectives. Robin’s career has been client-focused, with a consistently effective process for originating new business, maximizing client retention, expanding existing relationships, and building powerful networks. By utilizing a disciplined approach, Robin is effective in leading and facilitating productive conversations to develop strategy with a broad set of stakeholders, often in the context of significant change. As Chair of a board level committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Robin has skillfully helped management to define a shared vision for what inclusion means and embed that vision into the business strategy. With over a decade as a commercial banker and as the chair of a board Audit and Finance committee, she is seasoned in assessing risk and providing oversight.
