Within the Technical Department of ALHIS, I\'m in charge of data and transformation challenges: § Transformation: The delivery of transformation projects for Health & Protection Reinsurance and insurance business. With a team of 5 project managers and business analysts we work on process, business and IT transformation projects with technical (underwriters and actuaries), Operations and sales team. Our scope is the the overall value chain (data transfer, workflow tools, renewals,…) and we aim to increase efficiency, simplify and improve the robustness of our processes. § Data: With a team of 4 data experts, our main missions are: The management of all the technical data that are used within ALHIS for insurance and reinsurance Business (ETL) and the delivery of data analysis, dashboards and studies, implementation of a low code / No code platform The identification of the fraud cases using partners data, machine learning model and Operations team insights The evaluation of the data quality for internal processes (especially reserving process)Previous experiences:Within Axa EB Partners, I lead technical projects to support AXA entities on Employee Benefits and their needs in actuary and underwriting. I also worked closely with Axa entities on the digitalisation of their process as Product Manager of our quotation platform deployed in more than 10 AXA entities.I worked closely with AXA entities to lead digital projects and particularly on the implementation of our digital quotation engine (Europe, Asia, Middle east). I also lead technical projects on pricing, underwriting and renewals such as underwriting BPO, Technical Excellence review and implementation of actuarial models for both International and French markets.I worked also as Product Manager in a scrum team with internal and external developers on SAM Quote our quotation platform deployed in more than 10 AXA entities. My role was to ensure the good delivery of new features according to all our client needs within the same generic product.Previously I worked as Actuarial consultant at Aon France, supporting our clients on their benefit programs and implementing an automated solution to design in-house analytics for Health and Life.
