Home Credit India Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading NBFCs where I am working to achieve the company\'s set goals by my line managers. This is in-house, so every operator has their Outlook & Teams. Every hour, we will update them with their performance STATS.=I lead the team of 25-30 operators. Before the campaign starts, I will conduct a briefing and update it in Outlook. After the campaign starts, we receive a download and target for the day, and according to that, we share the target with the operators.=here in the organization every month they change the team to grab the knowledge of every bucket, I worked for B1, B2, and B3 buckets. There was a DA (daily allocation). And for data, there is a WFM team that uploads data we need to drive the floors for achieving the numbers.=Every month we have a review with my line managers for the team performance and on our KRAs, KPIs, and SLAs.
