As the City of Dublin Talent Development and Training Manager, I am responsible for creating and implementing a citywide strategy for leadership and professional development. The resulting talent development and training strategy is a comprehensive, continuous training process for all city employees who want to learn, grow, and strengthen their skills to achieve goals. I bring years of experience in strategy, development, and execution of leadership, soft skills, as well as, expertise in partnering with local companies and colleges both for online and instructor led workshops.
