ABOUT ROBIN MATCHETT-SCHMIDT
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10+ years of experience leading mental health teams, developing trauma-informed programs, and delivering evidence-based therapy to children, families, and communities.My work spans school-based mental health, child welfare, and private practice, grounded in equity, harm reduction, and inclusive care. I’ve supervised and mentored dozens of clinicians, led grant-funded program expansions, and launched innovative access solutions, such as summer bridge programs, to reduce waitlists for underserved youth.Currently, I serve as Owner and CEO of Conscious Resonances, LLC, a trauma-focused private practice supporting clients with complex trauma, parenting needs, and co-occurring substance use challenges. I’m EMDR-trained and certified in TF-CBT and PCIT, with a passion for collaborative systems work and LGBTQ+ advocacy.Whether facilitating learning, building programs, leading teams, or facilitating healing spaces, my mission is the same: to expand access to affirming, culturally responsive mental health care
