I write about education as a blogger (https://robin-macpherson.com/) and author for Hachette, Cambridge University Press and Learning Sciences International. My books are listed on my Amazon author page. I am a board member of the charity Beyond Srebrenica, which focuses on learning lessons from the genocide in Bosnia to challenge intolerance and prejudice in society today. I am also a trustee of the Mary Davidson Smith Clerical & Educational Fund, and the Strathdee Trust. I sit on several sector wide groups, including the HMC Education Committee, the ISC Diversity and Inclusion Group, and the AI In Education Strategy Panel. I chair the Executive Group of Principals for the Global Alliance for Innovative Learning (GAIL), which is an association of 8 schools across 6 continents. I\'ve been involved in educational events (festivals and conferences) for several years and frequently speak at international events. I organise content and conferences for researchED Scotland.
