My current role with Community Health Network is to oversee all qualtiy, safety, regulatory, risk management and patients relations. The quality and safety team works as subject matter experts and interacts with operations to achieve our expectation for quality. At CHNw our expectation for quality combines patient experience, outstanding outcomes, care and services that are appropriate and recognized value and costs. I lead several team by influence. Overall, I see my job as creating healthy health care teams. I am in a dyad partnership with the president of our hospitals to help create a common clinical agenda through out all of our acute care services.
