About Robin Laulainen
I still remember the first website I built in college. I was a sophomore taking a humanities course that required us to either write a paper or create a small website on a topic of our choosing (mine was Gaelic musical instruments). It was 1995 and the internet was very young. I opted for the website because I hadn\'t ever done anything like that before. I pored over a book I had checked out from the library that promised to \"teach me how to build a website in only 24 hours\". And with every line of HTML I coded, I got more excited. Coding that website was hard, a little bit frustrating, but it was 100% FUN. I was hooked.Thanks to that one experience I changed my major from Biology to Management Information Systems and I\'ve never regretted that decision.
