This role allowed me to manage complex projects and navigate technical challenges, positioning me as a leader in the field.When I transitioned to ITW Surface Technology, I took on the dual roles of Head of Sales for Automotive Germany and Global Product Manager for Fluid Handling. In this capacity, I combined my technical expertise with a strategic sales approach, leading key negotiations and securing important contracts as well as long term business relationships. My work here highlighted my ability to understand customer needs and align product offerings to meet market demands.At DÜRR, the market leader for Automotive paintshop automation, I held the role of Head of Sales for Industrial Products. I worked with high-tech products and was able to secured major deals in industrial automation, contributing to the company’s dominant market position. We were able to drive revenue while always maintaining a customer-first approach. My move to FANUC, the #1 robot manufacturer globally, saw me advance to Head of Sales for Paintshop Automation Europe, where I handled automation solutions via partner management as well as channel and direct sales. This was where my passion for robots truly shone, as I worked with cutting-edge robotic technologies and helped companies enhance their production processes with automated paintshop solutions.Currently, as Head of Growth at Neura Robotics, I am part of a company that, while a newcomer, has a disruptive portfolio and a revolutionary approach to serving humanity through robotics. Neura Robotics is focused on developing advanced, human-centric robotics solutions that push boundaries and change how robots interact with people, aiming to improve human life on a large scale.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a deep passion for robotics, driving customer-focused solutions and pushing the boundaries of industrial automation.
