   Supply of material from our regional distribution centres(warehouses) to the distributers with better and efficient service.Taking care of transportation, inventory cost and the most important is to take care of fulfilment of costumer\'s orders. Also looks after the demand of the particular grade according to the market nature with the sales team.Inventory replenishment is also one of the key aspect, not to hold material for to much time as it may lead to increase inventory cost.JIT terminology ie. Just In Time. This type of terminology is used for the material whose lead time is more as compared to regular selling material, so in order not to hold that material for to much of time we make plan for those material to dispatch from central distribution centres only against backorders or against the requirement of costumers.Planning is also key prospect as it gives the idea that when is the requirement of the particular grade of material and in which location, in which time and what should be the cost that comes while making it as it is not regular selling product.Stock transfer from one warehouse to the other as to fulfil the demands of needed region only when the requirement goes over the forecast. Sometime it is beneficial not to take material from central distribution centres as time required by them is more and also material requirement is not as quantitative, so to reduce cost we transfer material within regional warehouses to the one where material actually needed.
