   As Executive Director of the Mueller Foundation, some of my duties include:• Portfolio Management: Oversee affordable homes portfolio, including marketing, resales, stewardship, customer service, compliance and defaults management, emergency loans, refinances, and modifications.• Policy Management: Ensure the accuracy of policies, procedures, data systems, goals, budgets, compliance, and reporting.• Board Relations: Support the Board, facilitate meetings, communicate effectively, and implement strategies.• External Representation & Advocacy: Represent the Foundation to public and private partners. Advocate for affordable housing and monitor legislative changes.• Financial, Risk & Project Management: Oversee budget, resale pricing,$5-6 million in real estate transactions, investment management, and internal controls.
