ABOUT ROBIN JULIANO

I am the Policy Director to the House Democratic Whip and have nearly 20 years experience across House leadership, Appropriations (House & Senate), the White House National Economic Council, and the private sector. I lead a team that vets every bill headed to the House floor, coordinates with committees, and builds coalitions. Previously, as Staff Director of House Appropriations, I negotiated annual funding packages ($1.6T) and multiple supplemental spending bills, stood up a new, transparent Community Project Funding process, and led a 100 person team. I also served as the LHHS Subcommittee Staff Director, at the White House NEC, and earlier on Senate Appropriations and the HELP Committee. In the private sector, I was Principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs, where I grew business and delivered concrete wins through bipartisan relationships. My board service includes Brown University\'s Watson School of International and Public Affairs. I am a frequent speaker at Harvard Law School, Brown University and trade organizations on appropriations and policymaking. Finally, I am a first-generation college graduate and Pell Grant recipient.
