I am Robin Jayson, an MSW (HR) candidate with a strong foundation in Business Administration, Communication, and People Management, backed by a BBA in Computer Applications. My academic journey has given me both technical awareness and managerial understanding, allowing me to approach HR challenges with analytical thinking, creativity, and empathy.I have completed fieldwork and internships at the District Differently Abled Welfare Office, Hand in Hand India, and LITZ Tech, where I gained hands-on experience in HR operations, documentation, employee coordination, community engagement, and administrative responsibilities. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, work with diverse groups, and manage tasks with professionalism.I’m passionate about Human Resource Management, especially in areas like recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, workplace communication, and organizational behaviour.
