On-site/Off-site QA analysts• Prepare and execute Test Cases manually according to the Wireframes, Visual designs, User Stories, Technical Specification and Use Case documents, identify application functionality, test requirements and scope.• Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and content.• Perform Integration, Functional, UI, Regression, UAT, Browser Compatibility testing.• Provide test estimates and contribute to ensure product is delivered on schedule with high quality.• Configure test environment and create strategy for product development and certification.• Interface with developers to investigate and resolve software issues.• Communicate with product managers and developers to improve quality of both specifications and software.• Participate in root-cause analysis of defects.• Track, review, analyze and report defects using HP Quality Center, JIRA, Test Manager and other tools.• Participate daily SCRUM to flag key issues, report testing status.• Work on different OS platforms including Windows, Linux and Mac OS.• Test applications on iOS and Android mobile devices.• Mentor and coach junior staff.
