I lead creative development and production for multiple Headspace original podcasts and live experiences, partnering across internal teams, talent, and external collaborators to bring shows from concept to launch.Key Work• Developed, EP’d, showran, and co-hosted Dear Headspace, producing 100+ episodes from concept through pilot, greenlight, and multi-year run.• Built the listener call-in system, weekly approvals workflow, and editorial strategy aligned with cultural moments, holidays, and mental health awareness timelines.• Rebooted the Sunday Scaries franchise with a new host, refreshed format, expanded sound design, and an updated creative and production framework.• Developed and showran Wiggle to Wind Down, a Headspace x Moonbug (CoComelon) partnership designed to help toddlers transition to sleep through movement, mindfulness, and sound-designed storytelling.• Produced and hosted Dear Headspace Live, creating customized B2B event versions of the show for clients including BMO, Kaiser Permanente, PWC, and Morgan Stanley.
