Having spent over 15 years working within senior HSEQ roles across a range of industries, I have always had a keen interest in human behaviour - It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in, what your job is, or what outcomes you care about; Your success probably depends on your ability to influence human behaviour.This interest became a passion and led me to build upon my existing knowledge of occupational safety and health by completing my Master’s degree in Behaviour Change at The University of Derby.I now specialise in supporting businesses to utilise sound, behavioural science based techniques to influence what is important in their business. This is not limited to safety; in any environment where behaviour is performed, gains can be made.I am now proud to call myself not only an experienced Health and Safety leader, but also a Practitioner of Behaviour Change.
