As a Performance Manager II at vAuto, I leverage my extensive 37 years\' experience in the automotive industry from working in the UK, Canada and USA to optimize sales performance, customer satisfaction and business management. With eight years in this role, I have successfully led teams to achieve higher profitability and customer retention. Prior to joining vAuto, I held managerial positions at Kirkland Nissan, Audi Porsche Hagley, Evans Halshaw, Ferrari of Seattle and Ferrari & Maserati of Vancouver, where I transferred the dealership to a new state-of-the-art facility and led it to become the first Ferrari dealer in the world with the latest CI. I am passionate about using data-driven insights and innovative strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
