I am a multi skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with a broad understanding of the wider IT field. I have been involved in the provision of systems based on Dynamics CRM (D365, 2015, 2013, 2011 & 4.0) and take pride in delivering high quality technical solutions that meet business needs. I have regularly taken the lead role in the implementation of these solutions from initial business and systems analysis through to solution design, development and delivery.I am a keen learner, striving to continuously develop myself. I have good communication skills and am able to develop and maintain strong business relationships. I am also able to understand complex technical concepts, communicate them clearly to stakeholders and ultimately deliver effective business solutions. My approach to work is calm and assured and I work well in pressurised situations, effectively managing deadlines.I always aim to produce outstanding work and I love a challenge.
