Creative, strategic thinking and a strong work ethic have propelled my growth at Myriad Genetics—from securing a highly competitive entry-level HR role to advancing into progressively senior positions. I began as an HR Shared Services Supervisor, where I built a team of seven, developed documented policies, and implemented consistent communication practices. I was later promoted to Manager of Total Rewards and Compensation, and currently serve as the People Solutions Compliance Senior Manager.With over ten years of HR experience at Myriad, I hold both the CCP and SPHR certifications, underscoring my expertise in HR management, compensation, and compliance. My core strengths include employment law, compensation strategy, benefits design, open enrollment leadership, ERG development, employee engagement and retention, and driving organizational change initiatives.I’ve led key initiatives including complex equity analyses, job title restructuring, and DOL compliance reviews—all aligned with Myriad’s mission and values. I’ve also championed meaningful benefit enhancements such as a commuter program, on-site dental care, student loan repayment, childcare support, and a veteran outreach package—each contributing to improved employee satisfaction and loyalty.My passion is empowering people and strengthening the culture at Myriad Genetics, a pioneering molecular diagnostics company dedicated to transforming patient lives through innovation.
