My knowledge in the preparation of viability statements was gained initially through the requirements of my own businesses. S106 Management was set up in 2011 to share this expertise, and since its inception has successfully completed over 700 viability studies across 124 LPAs, saving clients an average of per report. As Head of Viability I now advise primarily on high complexity cases, liaising directly with LPAs and attending planning enquiries and appeals as an expert witness as necessary.
