Responsible for managing the development and delivery of the mobile apps and websites for the Honda and Acura suite of vehicles. I resided at the Honda headquarters where the client had continuous access to me and I to them. My responsibilities ranged from business relationship manager to product owner to program manager. In these capacities I worked with the client to define project requirements, timelines and priorities, collaborated with the Xevo creative team to transform the requirements to the mobile phone, interfaced with the Xevo technical PM to create technical flows which would be used by the developers to build the functionality into the mobile apps and worked directly with the lead iOS and Android developers to ensure that project priorities were aligned. This agile work environment required continuous interaction with the client to ensure that our team was quickly responding to changing requirements.
