By spinning, climbing, inverting, and going aerial, you will gain a power that you never realized you had. Pole is challenging, but once the techniques are learned, a student can progress quickly in executing \"tricks\". Think of it as aerial gymnastics! And you do not need to build strength before taking a class; you will build what you need. Interested in poling as a sensual art form? We also offer classes that allow you to release your inner Goddess/God and express your exotic and sensual side. Empowering people around the world, pole builds confidence, refreshes their sense of sexuality, and provides an escape from the mundane and often rigid world. Along with pole dance, we offer stiletto class, chair dance, and floor work. We also offer classes in flexibility training, upper body conditioning, aerial silks, Lyra aerial hoop, and aerial yoga.
