Assisting field sales representatives grow their market share is the most important part of my position at Momentum. I am currently responsible for the support of 2 sales representatives in separate territories as well as back up for other Inside Sales Agents as needed. Tasks include accurate quote generation, order placement, sample order placement, mock-up orders, phone calls and being a customer resource with alternate product selections and alternative solutions. Working with other departments to expedite orders is an important part of what I do daily as well as upselling efforts to increase business share. Precise work and timely completion of tasks to maintain client and field sales representative relationships, while maintaining profitability is imperative to my daily performance.
