I’ve spent 35+ years in enterprise software building and leading teams that deliver operations, programmes, and customer outcomes at scale—across cloud, support, onboarding, and large implementations.I was part of the management team at MAM Software for over 15 years, helping scale the business through sustained growth to a successful exit. During that time, I led internal transformation and the shift to SaaS—modernising the operating model, moving customers to cloud, and building teams capable of supporting a scalable, service-led business.My experience spans ERP for distribution alongside business management and garage/shop platforms, working at the intersection of customers, sales, product, and engineering—where strategy either translates into results or doesn’t.
