With over 15-20 years of dedicated service in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, I\'ve had the privilege of embarking on a diverse career journey. Starting as a labourer and apprentice, I gradually progressed through roles including coordinator, engineer, regional FM, and now find myself in the esteemed position of QSHE Manager. In this capacity, I serve as the primary investigator for incidents, overseeing the investigation process from start to finish. Additionally, I am responsible for running trend reports to identify patterns and areas for improvement, implementing strategic objectives to enhance our QSHE performance, and managing KPIs to track our progress and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Each step along this path has provided invaluable insights and honed my skills in navigating the complexities of the industry.Having walked in the shoes of various roles, I\'ve encountered and overcome a myriad of challenges, from troubleshooting technical issues as an engineer to orchestrating large-scale FM operations as a regional FM. This breadth of experience has equipped me with the resilience and adaptability needed to tackle any obstacle that comes my way.As a qualified electrician and experienced engineer, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and practical know-how to my role. This allows me to approach each task from multiple angles, ensuring comprehensive solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients and stakeholders.Moreover, my unwavering commitment to health, safety, and well-being underscores every aspect of my work.
