I lead part of the team of Regulatory Affairs Project Managers. Our mission is to register new pesticide active ingredients and new products with EPA, and to expand and defend the registrations of existing products. I lead regulatory compliance efforts, and act in a mentoring role within Regulatory, Sustainability and Stewardship. My strengths are combining management skills, regulatory affairs knowledge, technical knowledge, and project management skills. I coordinate with all groups in the company to achieve these goals. Coordinate with sister Valent Group Companies, Labels and States Affairs group, Regulatory Science Strategy group, Formulations group, Supply Chain group, Legal, etc. I am active as the Chair of the WPH Water Quality Committee, and the Administrative Committee Chair of the FIFRA Endangered Species Task Force.
